While mental health counseling and professional guidance are provided to clients, no advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided through this website. Services begin only after direct engagement and completion of a formal intake process.

Viewing or using this website, including reading content or submitting information through a contact form or email link, does not create a therapist–client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is established only after direct communication, completion of required intake documents, informed consent, and mutual agreement to begin services.

Limits of Confidentiality

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, confidentiality is maintained as required by law, with specific legal exceptions, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of serious harm to yourself or others

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, dependent adult, or vulnerable person

  • Court orders or other legal requirements

  • Professional consultation or supervision (without identifying information)

These limits are reviewed during the informed consent process.

Telehealth Services Notice

Telehealth services may are offered in compliance with Washington State regulations. Telehealth involves the use of secure video or electronic communication and may have limitations related to technology, privacy, or environment.

Participation in telehealth requires informed consent, which will be obtained prior to the start of services. Clients must be physically located in Washington State at the time of telehealth sessions unless otherwise permitted by law.

Education & Credentials

I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the mental health–related field and am licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington. I have been in practice since 2007. My education, training, and clinical experience meet the requirements established by the Washington State Department of Health.

Counseling Services

I provide counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals and/or couples. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and values. Therapeutic methods and treatment goals are discussed openly and adjusted as appropriate.

Fees & Financial Policies

Fees, payment policies, cancellation policies, and billing practices are provided separately and reviewed prior to the start of services.

Client Rights & Responsibilities

Clients have the right to:

  • Ask questions about counseling and treatment approaches

  • Participate actively in treatment planning

  • Decline or discontinue services at any time

  • Receive professional, ethical, and respectful care

Open communication is encouraged throughout the therapeutic process.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Counseling and psychotherapy involve personal effort and emotional work. While many clients experience meaningful benefits, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
