The same conflicts repeat themselves, leaving you wondering how you ended up here again. Even so, the love remains—and with it, a deep longing to reconnect with the closeness you once shared.
I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a gentle, non-blaming, and well-established approach to relationship healing. EFT helps partners slow down, understand what is happening beneath the conflict, and find the words to express what truly lives in their hearts. By following the emotional trail beneath pain and fear, we uncover core longings—the need to matter, to feel seen, and to feel supported by one another.
Supporting partners as they rediscover safety, connection, and the embers of love that first brought them together is one of the most meaningful and rewarding aspects of my work.
