About Me

I believe that being authentic, and leading with your heart, leads to happiness and fulfillment.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I delight in the simultaneous oneness and diversity of humanity. I see myself in others and I recognize others in me.

I bring with me a kaleidoscopic vision of potential possibilities to help you.

I will not tell you what you should do, but I will help you to find the answer inside of you. My job is to facilitate the emergence.

I enjoy being a lifelong learner.

I graduated from LIOS (Leadership Institute of Seattle) with a M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science in 2006. Post grad school, I have continued to discover, study and employ new learning and strategies. I have been working with people from diverse backgrounds my whole adult life, including people living with HIV/AIDS, people in crisis, adult mentally ill and ESL children at an alternative preschool.
